1. The Service
RankPanda is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps you create SEO-optimized blog posts and articles. The service includes brand analysis, keyword research, topic selection, automated research, AI content generation, and metadata optimization.
2. Account Registration
- You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Free Trial and Credits
- New users receive 3 free article credits upon signup.
- Free credits have no expiration date.
- We reserve the right to modify the number of free credits offered at any time.
4. Paid Plans and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge if no credits from that billing period have been used.
5. Content Ownership
Your Content
- You own the content you create. All articles, metadata, and other outputs generated through RankPanda using your brand data belong to you.
- You grant us a limited license to process your brand data and content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your Brand Data
- Brand information, keywords, and settings you provide remain your property.
- We use this data only to generate and improve your content within the platform.
Our Platform
- The RankPanda platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is our intellectual property.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
- Circumvent credit limits, authentication, or security measures.
- Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended interface.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.
- Generate content designed to mislead, deceive, or manipulate search engines through spam or black-hat SEO techniques.
7. AI-Generated Content
- Content is generated by third-party AI models (OpenAI and Google Gemini). While we optimize for quality, you are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.
- AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended phrasing. We recommend fact-checking important claims.
- We do not guarantee that generated content will rank on search engines or produce specific traffic results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
- Generated content should comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Website Crawling
- When you provide a website URL, our service crawls publicly accessible pages to analyze your brand.
- You confirm that you have the right to authorize crawling of any URL you provide.
- We respect robots.txt directives and crawl responsibly.
9. Availability and Support
- We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
- Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RankPanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from content you publish based on AI-generated outputs.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankPanda and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service.
- Content you publish that was generated through the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankPanda operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
